More Christmas pictures

I thought I would take a moment and add some pictures from our family Christmas and Christmas with the Vugteveens. Jason and I decided to stick around home this year for New Years Eve, good thing, cause I don't feel so well. I think I'm fighting a sinus infection as well as just feeling icky from the pregnancy. They way I've been feeling lately I'm kinda thinking boy but we'll find out soon enough, or maybe not soon enough. We are anxious to know what baby number 3 is going to be. Kylynn is convinced it is a boy, "we don't need another girl" is her famous line.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a fun New Years. May 2010 bring you many blessings and new memories. I know I'm looking forward to the year ahead. We have a wedding, a baby and I'm sure many more wonderful things will happen. 2009 wasn't too eventful but it was a good year!

We got a new dog, well not really. Jason shot a coyote yesterday

But I have a happy husband and that is all that matters!

Children's Museum Fun

Today I ventured downtown to the Children's Museum with a friend and her daughter. The girls had an absolute blast. I'll let the pictures tell the story.

I think this was Addi's favorite part,

Breakfast with Belle

Brittany 'Belle' and Kylynn

Yesterday we had breakfast with Belle and the entire crew of Beauty and the Beast. Kylynn was a little overwhelmed but I think she enjoyed herself. This years musical at Unity is Beauty and the Beast, perfect for Kylynn. So they had a breakfast and sang Be Our Guest. Then the kids could go around and get autorgraphs in a cute autograph booklet and take pictures. I think she had a wonderful time. The best part about it was that one of her babysitters is Belle. We are going to see the musical Thursday night, we'll see how she does. It should be fun.

Trick-or-Treat

Kylynn was up at 6:30 this morning wanting to know when she was going to go trick-or-treating, come on. Wow, I hope Christmas morning isn't like this. We had a fun day going to the mall and then heading to Grandma's to go trick-or-treating with her cousin Cambrey. I also will show a few other pictures from our week, pumpkin carving and playing in the leaves. The first time she played in the leaves she slipped on the driveway and got a fat, bloody lip. So we have a nice scab in her halloween pictures, such is life. Can't believe it's November tomorrow!
For those of you who are reading this out there and don't know already my job is in jeopardy at semester time. Wyoming is laying off 20 teachers in January. Just pray that things will work out for me that I may keep my job and if I do keep my job may the transition be smooth. If I keep my job I will most likely be teaching at a different school and a different grade level. So keep me in your prayers. This is an added stress that I don't need right now. I'm trying not to let this bother me and just focus on teaching my students and doing my job. The state of Michigan is terrible right now and I just pray that things can get turned around and start looking on the up side again.
Enjoy some pictures of my girls, one of the things that continues to help me get through the days, knowing I can come home to their big beautiful smiles.
