Addisyn's Birthday

Addisyn's celebrations started a few days before her birthday when Aunt Kari and Dustin visited last Friday night.  She got a fun magnet doll set that she has been playing with it all week. They also got her some streamers and beads for her bike.  We're anxiously awaiting spring to be able to use them.  

Addisyn went out to lunch with Grandma Vugteveen to Applebee's and then to the cupcake shop to pick out some cupcakes.  She then spent the rest of the afternoon with Grandma and visited Grandpa too.  The other special treat this year was Grandpa and Grandma VanDyke were able to spend the evening with us. They were heading down to see the new baby in the family so they made a stop here for the night.  Addisyn now shares her birthday with my brother and sister-in-law's new daughter Ava. She is pretty excited about that.

So Kylynn got it for her, it even has poop and a pooper scooper.

A new iPod touch, so excited

We went to Applebee's for dinner.  It was planned and then she picked to go there for lunch with Grandma.  So she went twice and she even noticed one of the singers at night was one who sang with her at lunch time.  I was telling her to keep quiet, they are going to think we just keep coming for free dessert.  It was pretty funny.  We had a great time as a family and so glad Grandma and Grandpa could join us.
