Six years ago today...

I became a mom and nothing has ever been the same!  What a wonderful job I have been blessed with, being the mom to one special little girl. Kylynn Joy is 6 today!  Today we will be celebrating her birthday with Easton and Brinley at the campground.  Looking forward to a beautiful day of celebrating my BIG Girl!  Can't believe where the years have gone, fast for sure.  Life is so spicy with our little Diva!

Practice, Practice, Practice

Kylynn started practicing about 2 months ago and gave up, but last week she started practicing every night with Jason.  Addisyn had to join in as well.  We now have two two wheeler riders in the family.  We're now working on starting and stoping and turning.  Hopefully they'll be ready to go when head out camping this week.  They sure are having fun with it.

Notice Jason is running behind Addisyn, she is a little bit faster than her sister, just a little more daring.  She is a hoot to watch, she weaves back and forth and just cracks us up.  Her little legs go so fast.

A little family get together

Yesterday we hosted some of my mom's family at our home.  We don't get together for the holidays any more so we decided to start a new tradition, a summer get together.  Let the pictures tell the story.
Aunt Amy made a delicious snack that proved to be a hit with everyone, including my kiddos.  It also brought many laughs as Easton kept dumping it in the grass.
Then we started playing some bean bags.
Easton learned to drink from a water bottle, or not.

And we played some dutch nuts, more good laughs.

Uncle Darryl has a side kick, Easton.

My dad and Uncle Rich finally beat Jon and Colin - lots of fun trying to beat them.

Wisconsin Dells Day 3

Our final full day in the Dells.  The kids were not happy about seeing this day come to an end.  They had a blast with their cousins and riding all of the water slides.  They were so brave, even Easton did a big boy water slide today.  We sure had a ton of fun.  These are just a few of the pictures I took.  I actually took over 500 pictures on this trip.  I'm hoping to create a photo book to help us remember this amazing trip.

Happy Father's Day

This Father's Day was special to our Brother Brandon and his family, they baptized Austin Ross today.  What a special day it was as we witnessed their commitment to the Lord to raise him to know and love our Lord.  It was nice to be all together as well for Father's day.  The kids love being with their cousins.

We enjoyed our day.  It ended with the girls trying to ride a two wheeler.  Hopefully by the end of the week we'll have two riding with no training wheels.  A beautiful day to celebrate our father's.  I'll get to see mine next weekend!

Wisconsin Dells Day Two

Day two began early with some snuggles in our bed watching the Disney Channel.  The kids loved having their cousins there to play with all the time.  After breakfast we headed out to 'Lost World' waterpark.  The guys, dads, were happy about this one it had a drop floor waterslide that they were all excited about so they were quick to head over there before the lines got long.
