frustrated

Okay, so I'm having some more troubles with blogger, not too thrilled about their photo storage regulations.  You have probably noticed that Easton's picture along the side of my blog is missing, I had issues this summer with not being able to post and they said my space was full.  Well, I did what people said to do, I deleted his picture in the Picassa Web Albums but it still won't take a new one.  Just tried again and it won't work.  Any suggestions?  If I delete other pictures from there it actually deletes them from my blog posts.  Not happy.  I feel terrible my baby boy is blank.  I like having their pictures on there so I don't know what to do.
