Up North
The last time we had such a wonderful memorial day weekend in TC was when I was pregnant for Kylynn. My parents ac broke and we headed home early cause I couldn't take the heat. Thank goodness their air is working this weekend. We've enjoyed some bike rides, the girls and grandpa, shopping, scrapbooking, and MOOMERS! I'm trying to keep my feet up as much as possible, the swelling has begun a little. I don't want to end up like I was 4 years ago so I'm doing my best to prevent it. Here's a little sneak peak into our weekend.

Summer has arrived
Today was extremely hot and the girls had a ball with the sprinkler and Addisyn's new water table. Kylynn absolutely loves the sprinkler. J put it on so it would get the slide wet and she thought that was just the best thing ever. Addisyn isn't so sure about the sprinkler. I was able to sit out and get some color while I watched them run around and have a good time. Addisyn stood and played at her water table the entire time, except for when Kylynn begged her to run through the sprinkler, but running through it for Addi meant running on the absolute edge of the sprinkler in order to dodge the water.
We had a great time today and I'm looking forward to my summer afternoons in the sun with the girls. All we need to get is a pool and we'll be all set.

Last day...
Today was Kylynn's last day of preschool. Wow, how time flies when you are having fun. She had so much fun this year, learning about God, how to play with friends and she made so many adorable art projects. Best of all she learned some wonderful songs and had great times at her ABC music and me each day. Today my mom was able to come down and go with her to her class picnic. They sang and had a picnic lunch. What a fun day for Kylynn and Grandma.

Mommy and Teddy Bear Time
"Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear say good night"
"Jesus is in my heart"
Today I was privileged to go to Kylynn's preschool for mommy and teddy bear time. The kids sang us a few songs and then we had snacks together. It was such a wonderful thing to be able to be there with her, to see her smiling face and to have her run up to me and hug me. It is hard working full time and not being able to drop her off and pick her up from preschool but I really cherish these days. She was so cute up there and loved singing with her class. Wouldn't have missed it for the world!
