She made me a momma

I sit here and reflect on the last 9 years and what I was feeling 9 years ago right now!  I was in shock that my baby girl was going to be born 2 weeks early and I was ready to meet her.  Little did I know when I went to the beach 9 years ago today I would be heading home and then off to the hospital to have a baby.  She wanted to come early and has kept me on my toes ever since.
I honestly can't believe she will be 9 tomorrow.  Life has never been the same, she teaches me so much about life and makes life interesting.  Being the first born has it's bonuses but it also has it's downfalls.  She often reminds me that she doesn't see the bonuses, we have to remind her she gets to do things first.  I am very blessed by her responsibility, her sense of humor, and her sense of fashion.  Maybe the sense of fashion isn't a blessing, lol.  She loves her clothes and her fashion, just like her momma!  God has blessed her with the ability to be a good friend, a great sister and a great student.  She works so hard and wants to be successful.  I have no doubt that she will do great things.  Can't wait to see what God has in store for her.

Our Softball Girl

Kylynn had a great year playing softball again this spring.  I think she learned a lot and really enjoyed her season and the friends she made on her team.  Her team made it to the championship game.  They had a rough beginning but after game 5 they never lost, till the championship.  The girls really came around and started playing really well.  It was a fun season!

Easton's Last Day of Preschool

Easton's last day of preschool was my last day of school as well.  So I was not able to attend his end of the year program and picnic.  I was very thankful my mom was able to come down and spend this time with him.  She did a great job taking pictures for me.  Bummed I could be there but he told me all about his time with Grandma.

Memorial Weekend

This little dude got to go to the UP with his dad for the weekend.  I was so sad to see him leave but he had so much fun and was so excited to spend time with his dad at the Deer Shack.  Everything was AWESOME!  Jason hasn't emailed me the pictures yet so this is all I have of the weekend. His excitement was hard to contain.

We started the weekend off by attending my friend Jackie's youngest daughters Graduation Open House.  I did not make it to the other two and I felt awful each time so we decided to go to her open house and then head to TC.  It was perfect we skipped all of the traffic and got to see our friends.  So proud of this girl, she is off to Aquinas for Nursing.

Chloe and Ava were at my parents so the girls were thrilled.  They haven't seen them since Thanksgiving with sickness and weather.

Trying to get this little one to smile at the camera, she is so serious.

There we go!

Another try

Ava and Addisyn

Sorry, things are out of order and I don't want to move them.  We saw my friend Trish and her kiddos before we headed home on Sunday.  The girls and Carson playing dress up.

Red Box movie with my girls, Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day!  Cute movie and we had a fun night watching it together.

Went to the Jamestown Parade with the Vugteveen cousins, all were there but Easton, he was missed.
