Open House

We had Open House tonight at HCS for Kylynn.  She was beyond excited to see her teacher and find her seat, her locker and more.  I can't believe she'll be a Kindergartner.  I get to take her tomorrow for her visitation and then she starts on Thursday.  At Open House I was excited to be able to help out with her first recess duty, I like to do what I can, when I can.  Won't she be surprised when Mom is on the playground on her first day of school.

Addisyn was able to see her teacher and classroom tonight, although it was not for preschoolers she was happy to see her teacher.  I already headed off to work my shift taking care of the ice cream social so Daddy took this picture, I was quite impressed.  He said he was sorry he didn't get a picture of her with her teacher, I told him that was okay, the first day of school would be okay for that.  

The Cottage

Here are a few pictures of the first day or two of our vacation last week.  We had a wonderful week in Ludington with my family.  I took over 600 pictures. I will try to recap the vacation but this week is going to be busy.  I go back to work and Kylynn starts KINDEGARTEN!  We are very excited but very sad to see summer come to an end.

There is the start of our vacation, hopefully I can get around to doing the rest of it in pieces over the week.

Photo Session

Last week Jason and I took the kids out to Holland State Park to take their pictures.  I wasn't looking forward to trying to capture each child's best shot with all three around.  But I was pleasantly surprised.  God sure has blessed us with some beautiful children.

We had some quality cousin time today...

Today we headed to Lansing to spend the day with Chloe and Katie.  The kids were pretty excited to go swimming with Chloe.  They did great on the drive over there, besides asking when we were going to be there at M6 and Kalamazoo, really.  We got there and enjoyed some lunch with Katie and then the girls got to wake Chloe up from her nap, they loved that.  Kylynn even got to feed Chloe, she was pretty pumped.  Then off to the pool we went and I'll let the pictures tell the rest of our day.

 Then tonight we got some snuggles from another little cousin.  Jason had to work on the trailer with Brandon so we got to watch Austin for a little bit.  We soaked up our time and got some cute pictures while we were at it.  The kiddos love their cousin.

All this baby action today made me really think about having another one, not!  I am very content with my three and loving the ages they are at.  I did ask Easton tonight if he wanted mommy to have another baby and he was quick to say no.  I don't think he liked me using his changing table for someone else and me holding another baby, just a touch of jealousy.
